When our crew completes your installation, the crew leader will draw a detailed map of your installation showing each zone, as well as the locations of the pipe, electric valves, and all the sprinkler heads. More importantly, the map makes the system easier to use and serves as a guide for later service and customization. Let’s say you want to put in a pool – we can easily cap and reroute lines as needed and minimize how much reconstruction will be necessary after the project is completed. When your installation is complete, you’ll get a color-coded, laminated copy of your system map.

We use RainBird products exclusively. RainBird is the oldest and most reliable manufacturer of irrigation equipment in the world. We’ve tried other brands, but RainBird is by far the best. And our experience shows that sprinkler systems are much easier to service when it’s built with one kind of product rather than a mix of different products.

Our crews compact all ditches with water, in stages, to ensure that the soil doesn’t sink. But if your ditches do sink, we’ll come back immediately with fresh topsoil and get them leveled.

We only use industrial grade wire. Using the best materials available to begin with saves you the inconvenience and cost of repairs later on. Cheaper 18 gauge multi-strand wire saves you a little money up front, but heavier 14 and 16 gauge single strand wire saves you a lot more money in the long run.

No! Any sprinkler system that sprays water onto the house, fence or street isn’t a well-designed system. It might cost less to install but will cost more in wasted water and money over time. Our systems keep your lawn watered without spraying on your house or fence, preventing wood rot, water stains, while conserving water.

Yes. Shrubs and grass have different needs, so we design a system with that in mind. Grass needs water more frequently but in smaller amounts, whereas shrubs need deep watering less frequently to keep their roots healthy. For that reason, we always recommend a multi-program controller so the grass can be watered more often than the shrubs.

No. Your trust is important to us, so we don’t ask for payment until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. In our opinion, good contractors don’t ask for money before the job begins – it just doesn’t make for a good customer service experience.
